Fitting existing systems
Enterprise customers rarely start empty. There is usually a fleet management system, an ERP, a maintenance scheduler and a set of supplier relationships already in place, and a platform that demands they all be replaced is not a serious proposal.
JOY is designed to attach to that estate: vehicle intelligence and sourcing where they add something, existing systems of record left where they are.
Governance and approvals
Financial commitments, privileged writes and safety-critical decisions stay subject to authentication, policy, evidence and human approval. Automation coordinates the work; it does not remove the control.
