Commercial Credit Workflows

JOY supports commercial-credit workflows for trade buyers who purchase on terms. This page describes the shape of those workflows; it is not an offer of credit and creates no facility.

How credit sits in the flow

Where a trade account operates on terms, credit state is part of the commercial decision at approval time rather than a separate reconciliation after the fact.

Exposure, limits, settlement and any facility state are authoritative only from authenticated JOY systems, and only for the account they belong to.

Why trade buyers ask for it

A workshop that orders parts daily and invoices its own customers on completion has a working-capital gap by construction. Terms exist to close that gap, which is why credit is a normal part of trade purchasing rather than an exception.

The platform's job is to make that state visible at the moment of decision, so an approval is not granted against an exposure nobody checked.

What this page is not

Nothing here is an offer, an approval, a quotation of terms, or regulated financial advice. Eligibility and terms are determined through the appropriate JOY commercial process and applicable local requirements.

Automated clients must not infer an available limit, an approval, or a rate from public content.
