Trade OS is the JOY Automart operating surface for business buyers. It helps workshops, dealers, fleets and trade partners move from a stated requirement to a comparable, evidence-backed set of sourcing options.

## Requirement to fulfilment

The intended trade journey runs requirement, RFQ, source orchestration, quotation intelligence, commercial approval and fulfilment. Each step keeps the vehicle and part context attached so a quotation can be judged against the actual application rather than a part name.

Sourcing breadth is treated as discovery. Confirmed availability, lead time and commercial terms come from authenticated JOY systems, never from public marketing content.

## Quotation intelligence

Comparing quotations is rarely a matter of picking the lowest number. Brand tier, warranty position, lead time, minimum order quantity and whether the part actually fits the stated application all move the real cost of a decision.

Trade OS keeps those dimensions attached to each option so a buyer compares like with like, and so a decision can be explained later to whoever signs for it.

## What stays authenticated

Stock positions, negotiated pricing, credit exposure, settlement, order mutations and supplier-specific terms are authoritative only when returned from an authenticated JOY session with the right authorisation.

Public pages describe capability. They do not expose account records and grant no write permission to automated clients.
