## Using JOY material

Published descriptions of the platform, the marketplaces and the VELLOX programmes may be quoted with attribution to JOY Automart.

Brand marks, product imagery and any statement attributed to a named individual require prior approval. Unreleased programmes, commercial terms and customer information are not public.

## Accuracy

Where a public JOY page and an earlier press item disagree, the public page is current. Concept and design-direction material is not a product announcement and should not be reported as a released specification.

The company will correct a factual error in coverage on request. It does not review or approve editorial opinion, and it does not ask for copy approval as a condition of access.

## Background for reporters

The clearest single description of what the company does is the About page, and the fullest machine-readable statement of scope and limits is llms-full.txt. Both are public and both are kept current with the product.

For questions about the VELLOX programmes specifically, note that published concepts are design directions rather than announced production vehicles. Reporting them as launched specifications misstates the programme.
