JOY Automart hires across engineering, automotive intelligence, commercial and the VELLOX programmes. This page carries current openings and how the company works.

## How the work is set up

Teams own a surface end to end rather than passing work down a chain, and the evidence standard applied to the product is applied to internal claims too: what shipped is what can be demonstrated running.

Automotive domain knowledge is valued but not a prerequisite for every role. Several parts of the platform are ordinary hard software problems wearing a vehicle-shaped hat.

## Where the roles sit

Engineering covers the intelligence layer, the marketplace surfaces, the operating systems and the platform infrastructure that runs them. Automotive intelligence covers fitment data, diagnostics content and the evidence rules that decide when JOY is allowed to say something is confirmed.

Commercial roles work with workshops, dealers, fleets and suppliers. The VELLOX programme teams work on bespoke engineering commissions, which is a different rhythm from platform work and is staffed accordingly.
